By the end of this phase, you will have:
Reading the Who's who in the programme page as well as browsing the details of who is taking part in the programme can help you with this milestone.
Getting familiar with the About the programme and Support sections and taking part in the Kick-off Workshop is the best way to understand how the programme will work.
You’ll need to have taken part in the 1st Peer Support Group Session and have had your 1st Check-in Call.
We also encourage you to join the **DDC Slack Community.**
Taking part in the Kick-off workshops and the Open Working and Human Connection workshops are good ways to understand the principles that underpin the programme. Check out also the resource on Better Design Principles on effective design and development of digital services as well as examples of charities putting some of these principles into practice.
The best way to identify which digital challenge or in-house digital project to develop through the programme is by developing your Routefinder during the onboarding phase.
Each digital lead will receive an individual Routefinder w/c 7th February.
Using your Routefinder tool is a key task during the first (onboarding) phase of the programme. It’ll help you think about the project or challenge you’ll be focusing on for the rest of the programme.
And it’ll help us match your project with the right support from Deloitte in Phase 2. That’s another reason why it's a really important tool.
Your Routefinder already includes a summary of information from last autumn’s chemistry phase.
Task details: review and add new information to your Routefinder. Don’t worry if you can’t complete it all with final information - you can update it as you go along during the programme.
