Digital Lead: The person in your organisation who will benefit the most from the opportunities offered through this programme. The Digital Lead is the primary person taking part in the programme's learning activities, events and reporting and involved in the day-to-day running of the project. The Digital Lead will need to be able to dedicate a total of 20 days over the course of the programme (an average of 1 day per week).
Senior Project Sponsor: A senior person in your organisation who will support the project, providing the oversight and resource to make it a success. This person may also be responsible for making key project decisions, prioritising needs and managing stakeholder involvement and alignment. The Senior Sponsor will need to be able to dedicate 5-10 hours to the programme.
