Phase 2 runs until Friday April 8th.
Summary
Phase 2 is about:
- Gaining a basic knowledge of user research and design thinking
- Meeting your buddy, mentor and/or troubleshooter for the first time
- Making a start on your chosen project
The amount of progress you make on your project in this phase will depend on how clear you have managed to get about your focus area.
What you need to do for Phase 2
- Read your phase 2 personalised support resources reading list.
- Attend user research and design thinking workshops, or watch the recordings.
- Look out for an email from Jess introducing you to your Deloitte volunteer buddy, mentor and/or troubleshooter
- Arrange a time for your first Deloitte volunteer call/s and attend them.
- Make a start on your project, using what you’ve learnt in the workshops and your volunteer’s support.
- Attend your peer support session w/c March 21st.
- Attend your check-in call w/c April 4th. This will help you reflect on your progress as this phase draws to an end.
- Write a **weeknote** (or a month note) ****about your work and experiences. Join a weeknote writing session to do this on Thursdays 3.30-4pm or Fridays 4-4.30pm
What will happen in Phase 3?
By the end of Phase 2 you will have started work on your project.
During Phase 3 you will work more on your project, building momentum into May.
Deloitte volunteers will support you. Peer support sessions and check-in calls will also support you.
