The programme provides expert support on all things digital to help digital leads increase their skills, confidence and knowhow - and help them develop an in-house project.
This support is provided by Deloitte volunteers with support from the CAST team. Peers may also provide support at any time; peer support sessions and the Slack community are good places to ask for help.
Each digital lead is responsible for their own progress on this programme.
