If you are on this page, then you are getting ready to wrap up your project - congrats!
You (and your digital partner if applicable) might be invited to a 45 minutes call with a member of the team on concluding your project. This is so we can ensure we have a good understanding of the deliverables and impact achieved with the funding.
Your completed Evidence of spend report must be submitted no later than 7 days after the end of the programme, and by 7th September 2021 at the very latest, although you can submit it earlier once you have spent the whole of the grant.
Please send your **Evidence of Spend** report to to [email protected]. You can download the template here. ****You should include with this report copies of any invoices over £250 that you have spent with the grant funding, and copies of your bank statement that show these payments leaving your account.
Share and publish your project's design assets, outputs and by-products. You can find examples here . It's highly recommended that you do this*.*

We will send out a short survey to capture some key feedback from you at the end of the programme. This will support our learning and our reporting to the National Lottery Community Fund.
