If you are on this page of the Dev2A Programme Handbook, that means you are getting ready to wrap up your project. Together with your partner agency you have been working extremely hard to create solutions to the challenge you told us about in December - can you believe it has only been four months since you first started this journey with your grant application!

Your motivation and excitement has continued to impress us and we hope that you are proud of what you have achieved together. We certainly are proud of you and the solutions you have created!

Here's all the info you need to know as you wrap up your project:

Final reporting and handover - to action before your final connector call, by latest 23 April!

• Provide a final progress update on the Programme and Project Indicators on Ochre(to be actioned by both grantees and digital partners together)
• Complete this short **project summary form** (to be actioned by grantees)
• Complete this **partner handover form** (to be actioned by digital partners) - see our checklist to view what info will be required. If you have your own handover document and it covers the points in our checklist, feel free to use that instead.
• If you haven't yet - provide a short playback of your project. Here is **a template** you can use. To use/edit the template, please make a copy of the presentation or download it and save it as a new document.

Share your design assets

Publish your project's design assets, outputs and by-products. Examples. This is a contractual requirement.

Lottery evaluation survey - March/April

IpsosMori Is the National Lottery Community Fund evaluation partner and they will send you an survey at the end of March /start of April. Please complete this survey as it plays a key part in the Lottery's management of their delegated grant management responsibilities to Catalyst.

Final Connector Call - April

We have loved our Connector calls with you throughout the duration of your project. They provided an opportunity to connect, to check in, and to discuss some sticky or tricky issues.

As we are here to support you right up to the completion of your project we will schedule a last call around your final project date. This call will give us all the opportunity to ensure none of us has any outstanding questions or concerns in regards to the projects coming to an end and any of the administrative activities related to this.

Grant spend report - April 23rd

The **evidence of spend reporting** template: download or copy this template and email the completed document to  [email protected] by latest 23th April 2021. Please ensure that you have read the notes in rows 31-39 before completing and returning the form. We may ask for supporting documentation as further evidence of expenditure.

Learning and Insight - April-May

inFocus, our Catalyst Network Learning Partner, is helping to evaluate the Development Programme, and we ask you to take some time to share your feedback and reflections with us!

Development Programme end-of-programme survey

This survey is for you to reflect back on your experience of taking part in the programme, and any outcomes and learning that you’ve gained.  The results will help us to improve other Catalyst programmes, better understand how Catalyst can continue to support the sector, and report back to the funders of the initiative.

The survey should take around 20min. Please could you complete it by the 23rd of April! - link will be embedded when available.

inFocus will also be carrying out interviews, to pull out some further learning in relation to the programme, which cannot be covered by the survey. We would really love to hear about your experience in detail, although participation is voluntary.
