Here's all the info you need to know as you wrap up your project:

Share your design assets

Publish your project's design assets, outputs and by-products. Examples. This is a contractual requirement. Email your assets to [email protected] by August 20th latest.

Reporting

• Provide a final progress update on your Project Indicators on Ochre

• Complete this short project summary form

• Provide an end-of-grant report (email [email protected]). This report should summarise the story of what you have achieved and what you have learnt during the extension funding period.

  • It can be in the format of a short presentation, word document, blog post, Padlet, (Loom) video or in another way you would like.
  • The report should include the outputs and outcomes from your project; links to any open source assets created during the programme.
  • The report should be in a shareable format that others will find useful.

• Submit your evidence of spend reporting - download or copy this template and email the completed document to  [email protected] by latest August 27th. We may ask for supporting documentation as further evidence of expenditure.

• We require you to share the two invoices from your digital agency and confirmation of payment with us.

• Complete a short survey - We will email you a short survey (5/6 questions) to capture some key feedback from you at the end of the programme. This will support our learning and reporting back with the NLTCommunityFund.

• You and your digital partner might be invited to a 45 minutes call with a member of the team on concluding your project. This is so we might ensure we have a good understanding of the deliverables and impact achieved with the funding.

Digital partner

• You will ensure that your digital partner completes the Catalyst Handover Form at the end of your project. This is to ensure key information about the intellectual property of the solution is shared with CAST. Alternatively, your agency can email [email protected] their own handover.
• The digital partner will be send a short survey by Catalyst to share their views on the experience of continued working with you on the further development of your project/product.
