We turn what you are doing with digital into Guides that show others what is possible.

<aside> 👐🏼 When you share how you use a digital tool you benefit too. Your organisation gets credit and a page on the Shared Digital Guides website. This shows funders how you are using their funding to share your learning.

(The guides site is currently known as ‘Service Recipes’. The new name and site design launches in April 2023)

Hearing how you are using a digital tool will be useful for someone else

You could be using a digital tool to improve service experience for your users or to help your internal operations run better.

Our criteria are broad and include any digital tool or software. You could be using it:

• In a very normal and routine way, or in a way that’s more innovative
• To deliver a service or to improve internal processes
• To address a common, shared challenge or a unique and niche problem.

The best examples will be low or no cost.
