Templates/forms/handbooks

1. Playback template slide deck ****(presentation): you may wish to use this deck, or something similar, to deliver an end of programme presentation to your cohort. To use/edit the template, please make a copy or download the presentation. You don’t have to stick to this template if you have another format in mind - here's an alternative one from a previous Catalyst programme, here's one from a Catalyst partner, and here's one from Comic Relief/Paul Hamlyn Foundation's TechvsAbuse programme.
2. The **evidence of spend reporting** template: download or copy this template and email the completed document to  [email protected] by 16th April 2021. Please ensure that you have read the notes in rows 31-39 before completing and returning the form. We may ask for supporting documentation as further evidence of expenditure.
3. **Handbook for digital partners:** this handbook contains information on the different ways digital partners can get involved with Catalyst, plus all of the processes, templates and practical tools you'll need.
4. Data Sharing Agreement: this template can be used by you and your digital partner to agree data ownership and data handling.
