Two freelancers in the Catalyst network initiated and convened a group of diverse network representatives from different regions and parts of the sector (charities, funders, digital partners). Their task was to design how best to openly communicate how Catalyst is evolving and how people can get involved, while also being an open experiment in decentralisation that can help inform future Catalyst strategy and ways of working.
