Congratulations on your successful application for extension funding from the Momentum Programme!

I (Debby) am looking forward to be working with you and have put this Info Hub together to ensure you have easy access to all key programme information. Can't find something? Drop me an email and I will add it!

Start date

Teams can start the work as soon as they have returned their grantee and service agreements to CAST and are free to plan this work based on their sprint plan and capacity.

Please drop me an email **on [email protected]** with your start and finish date so I know when you are continuing the work on your solution. This will allow me to provide you will all the support you might want and need, as well as track your project.

The work needs to be completed by August 20th. The deadline for reporting, sharing assets, etc is August 27th.

Your grant will be paid within 14 days of your signing this agreement. CAST will pay the grant into your organisation's bank account using the details provided with your application. You are expected to pay your digital partner as agreed in your agreement with them.

Ways of working (as a project team)

Although you have been successfully working collaboratively together, Catalyst does recommend that you spend some time at the restart of your project to discuss how you will work together, agree key dates/times for meetings, preferred channels for communication and discuss roles/responsibilities. That way this is all clear from the start and supports getting you off to a good project re-start.

Project indicators

We expect teams to add new project indicators to their existing Ochre records and to provide at least 2 updates - once mid-way and once on concluding the project.

Detailed information on what we need you to add indicators and monitor progress on Ochre can be found on this page of the Programme Info Hub.

Peer Learning sessions

We will be facilitating some more over June-August. As soon as we have had the opportunity to plan these I will update you with specifics. - I hope that I will be able to do so by the end of May.

Working in the open

We like to work in the open and encourage others to do the same. Working in the open has a lot of benefits - and that’s as well as making you feel good.  Working in the open is reciprocal - just as you benefit from others’ work, so others benefit from you sharing your stories (and assets).

We ask teams to create weeknotes, weekly project tweets, Or an end of project blog to share their experience and learning with others. More info here.

Sharing assets

Your project assets, outputs and by-products are of value to other organisations and enable them to find solutions to their challenges more effectively, efficiently and with higher quality.
