• Carrying on learning

You will make most progress if:

• You are able to make time to work on your project
• You are proactive in using the support on offer.

Due to the challenge of matching everyone with a Deloitte volunteer, we will be putting on more ‘group learning’ activities. During Phase 3, digital leads and their organisations will receive help in these specific areas:

New course: Developing a digital strategy

Full course for digital leads who have decided to focus on creating a digital strategy. Also open to other digital leads who have capacity to take on this work.

3 workshops and mentoring support throughout May. DOT PROJECT will deliver this support.

• Workshop 1 - Developing a digital and technology strategy: April 27th, 10-12pm
• Workshop 2 - Technology landscape audit: May 9th, 11-1pm
• Workshop 3 - Roadmap planning: May 24th, 1-3pm
